Can I manage dealership work in Underhood Go?
Yes. Go is designed to keep vehicles grouped under dealer accounts, including workflows where multiple vehicles are logged and approved together.
Can I handle several vehicles from one dealer visit?
Yes. The dealer is the account and the vehicles are the jobs underneath it, so a lot walk can stay organized as one relationship instead of becoming a pile of disconnected customer records.
Can a customer or dealer manager sign on site?
Yes. You can capture an on-site signature when the approver is with you or send an approval link when they are not.
Does Underhood Go only work on a phone?
No. It is designed phone-first because that is where mobile work happens, but it runs in a modern web browser so you can also use it from a tablet or computer when that is more convenient.
Do I need Stripe or Square?
You only need Stripe or Square if you want to collect online payments through Underhood Go. Payments settle to your own processor account; Underhood does not hold the funds.
Do I need to be a repair shop to use Underhood Go?
No. Go is specifically for automotive trades that are not running a traditional repair-shop workflow, including detailers, PDR, wheel repair, paint and reconditioning vendors.
How much does Underhood Go cost?

Do you take a percentage of my payments?
No. Payments run through your own Stripe or Square account, so processor fees apply and funds settle directly to you.
