$99 per shop per month, or $999 per year if you pay annually, which saves $189. Your first month is free.
How much does Underhood Go cost?
$29 per month per business, with the first month free. Go is a separate product for mobile automotive trades rather than a lower tier of Underhood.
Is the Underhood price per user or per shop?
Per shop. Add as many staff accounts as you need - service advisors, technicians, whoever - at no extra cost.
Are there tiers, or features held back for a higher Underhood plan?
No. Underhood has one full shop-management plan. Underhood Go is a different product for a different workflow, not a feature-limited upgrade tier.
Is there a contract?
Monthly billing is month to month and you can cancel any time. Underhood also offers discounted annual billing.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No setup fee. We will help you get configured and, for Underhood shops, help bring your existing customer list in.
Do I need to buy special hardware?
No. Both products run on the devices you already use. Underhood works on phones, tablets and computers; Underhood Go is designed around the phone-first field workflow.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Card processing runs through your own Stripe or Square account, so their rates apply and the money settles to you.
